Property development company TA Fisher has purchased 100 Kings Road in Reading, with plans of transforming it into a mixed-use scheme.
The company is rumoured to have paid just over £2m for the five-floor 39,526 sq ft office building.
It intends a change of use to accommodate a gym, serviced flats and new offices.
The vendor, RREEF, was represented by Campbell Gordon. Lambert Smith Hampton has been instructed by TA Fisher to find tenants for the property.
