TSP has been appointed by developer Tailored Living Solutions to manage 65,000 sq ft at the office-led Great Suffolk Yard scheme in Southwark, SE1.
The real estate manager will oversee the commercial office site, which includes its own coffee shop and other amenities and completed in Q4 2022.
The site is a mixture of new space and part restoration of three 19th century warehouse-style buildings, with sustainable features including a clay plaster wall finish that helps to purify air and is both a recyclable and compostable finish.
It will also feature a cobbled private courtyard at the centre of the scheme connecting the buildings and will offer four roof terraces, balconies and parking for 100 bicycles while retaining much of the original proportions and industrial heritage of the site.
Targeted at the SME and enterprise market, the BREEAM Excellent, WiredScore Platinum and WELL Gold Pre-Certified development caters to both traditional basic fit-out and managed space.
