The £160m sale of One Embassy Gardens to DWS, Deutsche Bank’s asset management arm, by Ballymore have been terminated.
The two had been in discussions since January over the sale of office scheme in Nine Elms, SW8.
A spokesperson said that Ballymore has decided to withdraw the property from the market: “We are no longer in discussions with DWS regarding the sale of One Embassy Gardens in Nine Elms. The property is no longer on the market.”
Spelthorne Council was previously reported to be in talks to acquire the site.
Ballymore put the 156,000 sq ft scheme on the market with JLL and Savills for £160m in October last year.
Penguin Random House agreed in April last year to prelet 83,400 sq ft at the scheme.
DWS declined to comment. Ballymore has been contacted for comment.
