Target Healthcare REIT has appointed Alison Fyfe as a new non-executive director at the company.
Fyfe, who has 35 years’ experience in surveying, banking and property finance, joined the company on the 1 May.
She began her career at Knight Frank as a commercial surveyor, before joining the Royal Bank of Scotland in 1996 to specialise in property finance.
Over 19 years at the bank, she held several senior property finance roles, including head of real estate restructuring in Scotland.
She left RBS in 2015 and has continued to work in the property and debt finance sectors.
