The £50m Duke’s Wharf, located on a 2-acre site on
Targetfollow wants to prelet around half the offices and move into 25,000 sq ft for its own occupation.
The scheme, which goes to public consultation next week, could be completed for 2009. It is designed by local architect Fielden & Mawson.
