Seven bar and late-night venues through out the UK are about to hit the market.
The Tattershall Castle Group, who acquired 178 high street pubs and bars from the Spirit Group in September last year, have appointed Christie + Co to market the venues.
The group, who have backing from private equity firm Alchemy Partners, are selling:
- Bar Baja & Night-clubs Bristol and Leeds;
- Bar Censsa’s Solihull and Preston;
- Bar 38 London; and
- Evolution Night-clubs Cardiff and Leeds.
Christie + Co Director Neil Morgan comments “Currently operating under management, these new lease opportunities we are offering to the market are available individually or as part of a group.”
