DTZ has been appointed by Taunton Deane borough council to deliver its accommodation strategy.
The council is seeking best value from its new HQ and help in delivering its one public estate initiative, which aims to create a one-stop-shop for residents and businesses in Taunton, Somerset.
DTZ’s Bristol public sector advisory, project and building consultancy, office agency, development consultancy and investment agency teams will all be working with the council.
Laura Stamboulieh, director in DTZ’s public sector advisory team in Bristol, said: “We are delighted to be appointed to deliver the council’s preferred accommodation strategy, building on the work the public sector advisory team has already completed. It is also a great opportunity for the Bristol office to work collaboratively to deliver a high quality project for the council.”
