Tawnywood has secured planning consent for its 6.47ha (16 acre) leisure scheme at Bermuda Park, Nuneaton, and completed the acquisition of a further seven acres on the south side of the park from Arbury Estates.
The developer has already signed up two leisure operators and is in negotiations with another two for the scheme. McDonalds has acquired a 0.28ha (0.7 acre) site for a Drive Thru and Allied Domecq has bought 0.56ha (1.4 acre) for a Big Steak pub.
Tawnywood is also in negotiations with a multiplex operator to take 3,902 sq m (42,000 sq ft) for a 10-screen cinema and with a hotel operator who is interested in taking 0.6ha (1.5 acres).
Rumsey & Partners is advising Tawnywood.
