Two top executives of Tay Homes signed new contracts, doubling their notice period after spurning an attempt by rebel investor Sunley to change the board, reports The IndependentBut the Leeds-based company denied that chairman Norman Stubbs and chief executive John Swanson had decided to do this because they feared being forced out by shareholders at the end of the month.
