Taylor Clark Properties has won detailed consent for the second phase of a speculative 8,825 sq m (95,000 sq ft) office development on Glasgow’s Tyndrum Street.
The city council has given the go-ahead for Citypoint 2, which provides 5,760 sq m (62,000 sq ft) and car parking for 75 cars. Citypoint 1, which is nearing completion, stands next to the M8 and provides 3,026sq m (32,580 sq ft) plus 30 parking spaces. The building will be ready for occupation by the end of next month.
