Taylor Wimpey has snapped up a prime north London site for a residential development.
The house builder paid £3.2m to Empyrean Developments for the Junction Road, Tufnell Park, N19 plot.
The 0.18 acre site is intended for 25 luxury apartments.
Savills acted for Empyrean Developments. Taylor Wimpey was not represented by an agent.
