Barberry Developments has sold a 20-acre, 250-home scheme in Droitwich, Worcestershire, to Taylor Wimpey.
The plot is the second phase of the Yew Tree Village development. Barberry sold the first phase of 242 homes to Redrow.
Barberry said it was also in discussions with interested parties for a three-acre mixed-use site that has been earmarked for a care home and local centre.
