TBI has applied for planning permission for the £100m development of more than 148,640 sq m (1.6m sq ft) of land within Belfast International Airport.
The company plans to develop the non-operational land it already owns around the airport for a range of uses. This includes use as a call-centre park, factory-outlet village as well as for freight, cargo, cold storage, warehousing and distribution. Other uses include aircraft maintenance facilities, research and development units, a petrol station and offices.
