The property and airports company TBI has sold 18,069 sq m (194,500 sq ft) in two locations to Business Space Services (Manchester) Ltd for £6.88m.
The deal comprises a 5,992 sq m (64,500 sq ft) unit on Hibernia Way in Trafford Park Industrial Estate in Manchester and a 12,077 sq m (130,000 sq ft) unit on Fosse Way Industrial Estate, Narborough.
The disposal, which provides TBI with a net profit on the sale of £1.433m are part of TBI’s strategy of selling properties when they have reached their optimum return.
