Tchenguiz’s Peverel submits Hampshire HQ plans

Vincent Tchenguiz’s property management group Peverel has lodged proposals for a 30,000 sq ft Hampshire headquarters as part of expansion plans.   The plans, lodged with New Forest district council, are for a three-storey office block on Stem Lane Industrial Estate, New Milton to house up to 300 extra staff within the next two years.   Peverel, part of the Peverel Group, includes Peverel OM, a portfolio of over 1,000 developments across England and Wales, and 70,000 homes and is wholly owned by Vincent Tchenguiz’s Consensus Business Group   The group is already based in New Milton.   patrick.clift@rbi.co.uk
