Town Centre Securities has appointed Metis Real Estate Advisors and Fox Lloyd Jones as joint agents on the Merrion Way development at the Arena Quarter in Leeds.
The 80,000 sq ft retail and leisure scheme has 16,000 sq ft of restaurant and bar space available.
Signed tenants include Pure Gym, Costa, Bulgogi Grill, Homage2Fromage and Smoke Barbecue.
The development forms part of TCS’s 1m sq ft Merrion Shopping Centre in Leeds city centre.
