Town Centre Securities has sold Currys PC World Megastore on Kingsway retail park in Derby to Shipley Estates for £5m – a 6.4% net initial yield.
The property has a restricted non-food planning consent and comprises a standalone purpose built retail warehouse totalling 20,100 sq ft.
It is let to DSG Retail for a 25-year lease expiring in December 2022 at a rent equating to £17 per sq ft.
