Utopi, which operates an ESG tech platform, has signed a lease on the office space at EastWorks in Dalmarnock, Glasgow.
The 6,756 sq ft workspace, across ground and mezzanine levels, is expected to support the business’s growth going forwards.
EastWorks, measuring 32,000 sq ft across two storeys, was opened in June by urban regeneration company Clyde Gateway. It sits in Scotland’s first green regeneration innovation district. The development also offers on-site car parking with dedicated EV chargers and is situated next to Dalmarnock railway station.
Craig Ritchie, property project manager at Clyde Gateway, said: “EastWorks comes to the market at the perfect time, with supply of new offices across Glasgow being extremely low and most relocating businesses now looking for the highest-quality offices to retain and attract the best staff.
“This new building will be able to support up to 300 jobs at capacity, and we are working hard to ensure it lives up to its potential of being one of the most desirable locations in the city for organisations to be based in.”
Leasing agents Avison Young and Ryden represented Clyde Gateway, while JLL acted on behalf of Utopi.
