MIPIM Proptech New York: District Technologies is set to open a New York office and is looking to hire a local team, founder Vanessa Butz told EG at MIPIM New York.
In a year when the company signed a massive 200m sq ft, Butz said the time had come to secure a presence in the US.
“I think the place has to be New York,” she said. “If we were looking to cater for consumer tech then maybe the west coast would be the better choice, but for B2B, this is the right market.”
