MIPIM PROPTECH NEW YORK: Hiring a strong team remains difficult in proptech, start-up founder Jonathan Wasserstrum said at MIPIM Proptech in New York today.
Speaking to EG at the event, the chief executive and co-founder of online office brokerage platform SquareFoot, said that finding the right people to create a leading proptech company was still a hurdle.
A former JLL broker himself, Wasserstrum said that while there were plenty of people with real estate backgrounds available to hire, finding tech experts remained a challenge.
