Ted Baker will lend its name to a development of luxury apartments, providing a trademark licence for a £250,000 fee and assisting with the design of 15 penthouse apartments in Bournemouth.
The company developing the apartments, THAT Bournemouth Company, is majority owned by Ted Baker shareholder, founder and chief executive officer Ray Kelvin. Ted Baker’s chief operating officer, Lindsay Page, is also a THAT shareholder.
