Teesland Developments is about to start a 6,875m2 (74,000 sq ft) office refurbishment in Victoria, SW1.
The developer will be on site at Fifty Broadway in August with completion set for January 2000. Knight Frank and Edward Charles & Partners have been appointed to let the scheme, the largest to be started in Victoria and St James’s this year.
Mark Rudolph, a director at Teesland, said: “We are hitting the market with a fantastic product at a very exciting time.
“With current supply in Victoria limited, and little in the pipeline, we expect a great deal of interest.”
John Snow of Knight Frank said: “The very best schemes are quoting £40 per sq ft.”
