Telco Greenwood Communications has taken a 120,000 sq ft (11,150 sq m) scheme for its headquarters on the remaining space at Morley Fund Managements Highway Point development at Coleshill, Warwickshire.
The 7-acre (2.83ha) site, to be developed by Graftongate Developments, will comprise 30,000 sq ft (2,787 sq m) of offices and 90,000 sq ft (8,360 sq m) of distribution space. The site also has the option to expand by a further 135,000 sq ft (12,540 sq m).
Greenwood has signed for a 15-year lease at £5 per sq ft (£53 per sq m).
The last remaining building at Highway Point is a 35,000 sq ft (3,250 sq m) office and distribution centre at developer Wrenbridge and Morleys Trillenium scheme.
