Telefónica is considering outsourcing and subcontracting to reduce its property costs from Pts 55,000m, according to director Juan Luis Sánchez de León.
Around 76% of Telefónicas property is based in city or town centres which the firm considers inflexible. It owns 4,000m m2 of property in more than 8,000 buildings. It also has land available commercial development and 7,100 open plots.
