Stanhope, Mitsui and AIMCo have completed on a 212,000 sq ft letting at 2 Television Centre to Publicis Media.
The 270,000 sq ft building is part of the White City Place development, a new business district based at the BBC’s former premises.
The deal means that Television Centre is now fully occupied.
The media firm will move six of its media agency brands and supporting practices into 212,000 sq ft spread across seven floors.
Each media brand – Starcom, Zenith, Digitas, Spark Foundry, Blue 449 and Performics – will have its own floor.
The company will be relocating more than 2,000 staff.
It joins retailer The White Company, which moved in last year.
Average rents in the area are £60 per sq ft.
Stanhope, Mitsui Fudosan and AIMCo started the redevelopment of the BBC’s former home in 2015, creating 432 flats at the site and new office space.
Earlier today, UK biotech start-up Synthace announced it had agreed to open at another White City Place site, Westworks Building.
Synthace will join Autolus, a biotech company backed by fund manager Neil Woodford, who announced plans to move there earlier this week.
