Telford Homes appoints former Delancey director as chief operating officer

Telford Homes has appointed Lesley Chen Davison as chief operating officer. 

Chen Davison joins the developer from GoSpace AI where she was head of commercial strategy. Previous roles include chief investment officer at Seaforth Land and director of banking and treasury at Delancey.

During her time at Delancey she was involved in some of the UK’s earliest build-to-rent projects, including East Village, E20, and Elephant Central, SE1. 

At Telford Homes, Chen Davison will join the firm’s executive committee and be responsible for supporting the execution of the business strategy.  

Reporting to chief executive Anne Kavanagh, she will lead on investment and development management. 

Kavanagh said: “I am pleased to welcome Lesley to the Telford Homes leadership team.

“Her track record in growth, transformation and M&A environments, with expertise in strategy, corporate finance and capital markets, will be essential as we define and execute our business strategy.
