Telford Homes has paid £23m to acquire the regeneration business of United House.
The business has interests in four sites in London – the City North site next to Finsbury Park station; two sites in Poplar, east London; and the Gallions Quarter project, also in east London.
The acquisition will increase Telford Homes’s development pipeline by £500m from £1bn currently.
