Telford Homes will develop 236 homes on a site in South Kilburn in partnership with Brent Council.
A development and sale agreement with the council-owned site known as Gloucester House and Durham Court site has detailed planning permission for 134 private sale homes and 102 for affordable social rent.
Notting Hill Housing Group will manage the social units. Telford Homes intends to start on site by September 2017 with completion in 2021.
Jon Di-Stefano, chief executive of Telford Homes, said: “South Kilburn is undergoing major regeneration and our involvement represents the start of an exciting new relationship with Brent and our first development in the borough. We look forward to exchanging contracts in the near future and commencing work on site later this year.”
