Frogmore has signed up three new tenants for its Triangle retail scheme on Manchester’s former Corn Exchange site.
Fashion retailers Phase Eight and Giant are opening their first outlets at the scheme, while contemporary jeweller, Mickey, will launch its largest UK shop, at 39 sq m (418 sq ft). Phase Eight is taking an 84 sq m (902 sq ft) unit, while Giant is to open a 117 sq m (1,257 sq ft) unit. The scheme will open in August.
To date 19 retailers have signed up, while a further 10 operators’ requirements are in solicitor’s hands.
