Terrace Hill has sold a sport and fitness centre occupied by Virgin Active at Rayleigh Road, Thundersley, Essex for £6.6m.
Terrace Hill will use the proceeds to repay borrowings incurred in developing the centre and to provide funds for other projects. The buyer has not been disclosed.
