Terrace Hill this morning updated on progress three south of England developments with an end value of £200m.
In a trading update on the London Stock Exchange, the AIM-listed property group revealed its plans for a mixed-use scheme on the site of the 1.7-acre Mayflower Plaza site in Southampton city centre which it bought last year for £7.4m.
The development, comprising 180 homes, a 150-bedroom hotel and 105,000 sq ft of offices, is expected to have an end value of around £70m and is scheduled for completion in early 2010.
At George Street, Croydon, opposite East Croydon railway station, the Group recently received planning consent for a 204,000 sq ft, 14-storey office building.
Construction is planned to start speculatively in late 2007 and is expected to have a completed value of around £100m.
And at Kean House in Covent Garden, the Group has prelet a quarter of the 24,600 sq ft office development to human resources firm Adecco.
The development is expected to be complete in July 2007 with an end value of £22.3m.
The developments will be funded through a £25m share placing to institutional investors.
The Group will announce results for the six months ended 30 April 2007 on Wednesday 4 July 2007.
