The battle between Tesco and demonstrators is continuing over the planned new store at Gerrards Cross.
Tesco created havoc two months ago when a tunnel over a railway line, which formed part of the construction, collapsed.
It is not yet known whether Tesco plans to continue building above the tunnel. Tesco is refusing to comment on the situation until the inquiry into the collapse is completed. Planning permission expired on 7 August but the supermarket chain might hope to get a year’s extension.
