Tesco Developments Ltd has paid Slough Estates £4m for a warehouse site on the Nursling Industrial Estate, Southampton.
The 5.76-acre site, marketed as Vista Park, has planning permission for a single warehouse unit with 124,270 sq ft of ancillary office space.
Located off the M271 next to Tesco’s existing distribution depot, the site is the last available location for purpose-built warehouse/distribution facilities in the Nursling area.
Slough Estates retain six buildings totalling 140,300 sq ft at Nursling Industrial Estate.
