Tesco is to open 20 stores and is extending “a host” of others as partof its expansion programme.
The new stores include sites at Hamilton near Leicester, Neath inWales, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire and Towcester near Northampton.
It is expected to open more than 92,900 sq m (1m sq ft) of new spaceincluding extensions.
