DTZ has been appointed to sell Tesco’s Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, HQ without a guide price.
The sale of the 135,000 sq ft building, named New Tesco House, is part of the embattled company’s consolidation drive.
Yesterday the supermarket chain posted record annual losses of £6.4bn, largely due to a massive write down of its assets.
Tesco announced in January that it be looking to sell the asset, which has an estimated value of around £17m.
