Centros Properties and Ashfield council have prelet 36,500 sq ft of their 50,000-sq ft retail scheme on Station Road, Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, to Texas Homecare.
Texas will be taking the single-storey unit at a rent of just under £6 per sq ft. Construction has already began and the store is due to be opened in August.
A 13,500-sq ft non-food retail warehouse is to be built on the remainder of the 4.5-acre site.
