Transport for London has chosen Triangle London Developments to develop the Landmark Court site near London Bridge, which will have 80 homes and around 130,000 sq ft of office and retail space.
Triangle London Developments had previously been named as part of a joint venture on a TfL site in Kidbrooke, south London, where 400 homes are planned.
TfL is looking to its property development programme to raise some £850m over the next five years to fund transport projects as it loses government subsidies.
