TIAA Henderson Real Estate has appointed Jestico + Whiles to work up plans for a hotel at the centre of its £850m St James regeneration scheme in Edinburgh.
The 210-bedroom hotel will sit alongside 750,000 sq ft of retail and leisure development.
Work is expected to start this year and the project, which includes a restaurant and a top-floor bar with city views, is expected to complete in 2020.
