TH Real Estate has bolstered its retail portfolio with the acquisition of the House of Fraser department store in Darlington, County Durham, for £22.5m – a 6.62% yield.
The 145,000 sq ft store, which was sold by Legal & General, is let to House of Fraser until 2039.
