A private investor from Thailand is under offer to buy Aberdeen Asset Management’s Burdett House, WC2, for £27.5m.
The price for the 28,058 sq ft office building at 15-16 Buckingham Street reflects a 5.55% net initial yield.
Tenants at the property, which overlooks Victoria Embankment Gardens and generates rental income of £1.7m pa, include investment management firm Ecofin and Vodafone.
Kingly Partners acted for Aberdeen; Prime London Partners represented the buyer. PLP said the sale would bring the number of property deals it had acted on this year to a total of £240m.
