Thames Valley office availability is dwindling, with grade A supply dropping 12%.
Office supply in Thames Valley at the end of Q3 stood at 11.2m sq ft, compared with 12m sq ft at the end of the third quarter in 2010.
Of this, 3.4m sq ft was grade A supply, down from 3.9m sq ft in Q3 last year, according to Lambert Smith Hampton’s latest office report.
Areas including Guildford and Newbury are listed as having no available grade A space.
