London & Regional Properties has lodged plans with Hammersmith & Fulham council for a residential-led development at Thames Wharf, W6.
The investor, together with Knightsbridge Holdings, has proposed demolishing existing offices at Rainville Road, and replacing them with 57 flats across two blocks.
The Roger Stirk Harbour + Partners-designed plans also include 7,524 sq ft of offices as well as restaurant space.
