The Boutique Workplace Company expands to Cheltenham

Flex operator The Boutique Workplace Company has signed a management agreement with Property Income Trust for Charities (PITCH), a fund managed by Swiss Life Asset Managers UK, to open its first space in Jessop House in Cheltenham.

The company has agreed a deal to operate 10,500 sq ft of serviced office space on the ground floor of the building, but the agreement includes the potential to expand to occupy the entirety of the 60,000 sq ft building over time.

The venture is the company’s first foray into Cheltenham, where it is looking to create a hub for small and growing businesses. It is also the first management agreement PITCH has agreed in the UK.

It will house a total of 188 desks across a variety of office size configurations, with memberships being available for everything from solo workers to businesses with 20 employees.

The deal builds on the company’s existing portfolio of 40 workspaces across London, Birmingham and Glasgow.
