The Clubhouse to open new offering in Midtown

Business lounge and meeting space provider The Clubhouse has taken 9,881 sq ft of space at 20 St Andrew Street, EC4.

The 15-year lease brings the number of lettings in the building, developed by AXA Investment Managers and Morgan Capital Partners, to five.

A total of 18,532 sq ft remains, with quoting rents in the region of £65 per sq ft.

The Clubhouse’s new offering is scheduled to open in June, adding to its existing sites in Mayfair, W1, St James’s, SW1, and Angel Court, EC2, which opened in November last year.

Morgan Capital Partners’ Nick Grosse said: “The popularity of the building within the London occupier market is a testament to the quality of product and offer we have delivered.
