The Crown Estate has agreed to sell its Dunster Marsh residential development site in Somerset to Strongvox Homes.
Outline planning permission is in place for 54 homes at the site south of Minehead.
Steve Melligan, strategic land manager at The Crown Estate said: “We are particularly pleased to have come to an agreement with Strongvox Homes, a local house builder, with a strong reputation for building good-quality homes using traditional designs and materials.”
