American food brand The Diner has signed a deal for a new restaurant at 369 The Strand, WC2.
It has signed a 20-year lease for a 4,000 sq ft restaurant, which due to open in January 2016 and will be the company’s seventh London location.
Casey Philips, acquisitions agent at Shelley Sandzer, said: “The Strand benefits from a significant footfall from local office workers, tourists coming from Covent Garden as well as its famous theatre district, ensuring another ‘Slam dunk’ for the Diner.”
