The Instant Group has acquired independent real estate consultancy Incendium Consulting for an undisclosed sum.
Incendium was set up in 2015 and provides real estate services procurement, consulting and change management programmes to blue-chip clients.
Tim Rodber, chief executive of the Instant Group, said: “Bringing Instant and Incendium together gives clients access to independent market-leading consultancy, world-class data and delivery options that transform their approach to workplace in what is a truly distinct offer in the market.”
Instant, which is backed by private equity firm Bowmark Capital, currently employs 260 people in 13 cities around the world and will add Incendium’s 17 employees to its London team.
