An oast house and barn near Sevenoaks, Kent, guided at £480,000-490,000 is to be one of the highlights of Clive Emson Auctioneers’ December sale.
The auction house said that the property, which has been converted into a five-bedroom house on a two-acre plot, is in need of updating.
It is one of 108 lots that will be offered for sale at the auctioneer’s final sale of the year, being held from 9 to 13 December in Chelmsford, Maidstone, Brighton, Saltash and Fareham.
Clive Emson Auctioneers’ managing director, James Emson, said: “There is no doubt that the conversion rate and prices achieved at our December sales will be fully in line with the rest of the year.”
