The Pacific Rim finds a home in the Welsh valleys

Companies borne out of the Pacific Rim are still flocking to Wales when they set up in Europe, reports The Times in a special report on relocation. Sumitomo, Toyota and Hoya are among a number of Japanese companies which have invested in the region.
