The Restaurant Group has instructed Savills to market a further 22 of its former Frankie & Benny’s and Chiquitos sites as part of its ongoing disposal strategy.
All the sites now on the market, available on an individual basis, are located across retail and leisure parks, shopping centres and roadside locations in England, Scotland and Wales.
They comprise 42 leaseholds, one freehold and one long leasehold.
A spokesman for TRG said: “As we mentioned at our full-year results, a number of our leisure sites are in structurally unattractive locations and we are actively reviewing our estate and exploring options for such sites in line with our strategy.
“We are currently marketing a number of sites and, if sold, we will endeavour to redeploy staff to other sites within our portfolio.”
Last year TRG mandated Savills to sell nine sites in England and Scotland, after it disposed of 31.
